1.What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
First please make sure your e-mail and password are
correct. If you forgot the password, please select the“Forgot your
password?”option on the Sign In page. Complete the information regarding your
registration details and select the“Reset your password” option. If still no
success, you can submit a ticket and get in touch with our Customer
Service. We will reset the password and you can change it after log in.
2. Why my shopping cart is empty?
It happens sometimes, not often. Please
change to another browser and try once again.
3. How do I cancel order?
You are allowed to cancel order in user account before payment. After payment, if you want to cancel, please submit a ticket and our customer service will do it for you. All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. But after 12 hours, we charge a handling fee of $3/piece. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
4. What should I do if the coupon code doesn't work?
Some coupon codes are not for sale products. And please don't forget to click on the "Apply" button after you enter the coupon code. If that still doesn't work, please try to check out once again. Please feel free to submit a ticket and our Customer Service will apply help for you. Please notice that once order paid, we don’t refund the discount.
5. Why was my order canceled?
Normally there are 2 reasons. the order becomes out of stock. or your order is waiting for confirm but we don't get a reply. whichever it is, we will try best to get in touch with you. We may cancel the order after a period and sent credit to your store account. You are free to make new order or request a refund to your Paypal/credit card originally used for the payment. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the other items and remove the unavailable item from the order.
